Shachar founded Cybele Investments in 2001, and has been acting CEO and chairman since. Shachar has over 20 years experience in investment banking in general, and in leading strategic and financial processes for a variety of public and private companies in particular. Shachar has played a significant role in many companies in which Cybele invested during their early stage, some of which now boast international recognition and success. Shachar has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the College of Administration Outside the office, Shachar spends his time in such sportive pursuits as jogging, mountain bike cycling and skiing, activities which he sometimes pursues along with his family and three daughters.

Yael has over 20 years capital market experience, over which she engaged in investment management and analysis, supporting private and public companies, providing financial and legal assistance and investment banking. Yael earned her LLB from the Tel Aviv University and MBA specializing in Finance (magna cum laude) from NSU in Florida,USA. Prior to her joining Cybele’s team, Yael worked as an investment manager for Merrill Lynch (Florida) with the company’s Global Private Clients Department. Yael spends her free time with her two children, as well as various sports activities, such as long-distance running (including 2012 Rome Marathon), yoga, and more.

Moshe has over 23 years of experience in the capital market, including investment analysis and management. Moshe holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Jerusalem and an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from the University of Jerusalem. Moshe has experience in managing investments in leading companies such as Meitav Dash and Excellence in the equity sector and has in-depth knowledge of the capital market in Israel.
